Isabelle Fellrath
Isabelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B., Univ. of Neuchâtel, CH) as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Doctoral degree (Ph.D., both from Univ. of Nottingham, UK). She was called to the Bar in 1998; she practises in French, English and Italian.
With over 25 years of experience with leading Swiss and international law firms, Isabelle has extensive experience in domestic and international commercial and investment arbitrations, acting as counsel and sitting as arbitrator, as well as in environmental and sustainability law, and enjoys an excellent reputation. She officiates as an arbitrator in sporting and ethical disputes (Court of Arbitration for Sport, Swiss Sports Court, European Aquatics Integrity Unit). She was elected judge of the Neutral Tribunal by the Grand Conseil Vaudois (legisl. 2025-29).
Publishes and lectures in her areas of expertise, which she has taught at university level for almost 20 years (Univ. Glasgow and Lausanne, EPFL).
